  Dear HGECC Families:

  Can you believe it?  The last day of school is just around the corner!  Our classrooms are buzzing with activity as we continue our learning the next three weeks.

  Judging by the smiles on all the kids faces, our Field Day on April 20th was a huge success. 
  I want to take this opportunity to thank all of our volunteers for helping to make the event a fun-filled day for the students.

  If you have a toy or any materials checked out from the Success by 6 Resource Center, May 16th is the deadline for returning those items.  It is also the last day to visit the Resource Center and play.  Items may not be checked out over the summer.  The Center will re-open on August 20th.

  As the year comes to a close, I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the families who have been supportive in so many ways. You’ve helped with landscaping, served on committees, come to family activity nights, helped with events and most importantly, supported your child throughout the year.   It has been a fantastic year.  I look forward to seeing our students who will return next year.  I will miss our students who are moving on to kindergarten, but I know many more wonderful things are in store for them.   I wish them all great success as they move forward.
