  Dear Parents, Guardians and Students,

  The administration hopes your summer will be enjoyable and relaxing.  As you prepare for the new school year, we would like to share information which will answer some of your questions about the start of the 2012-2013 school year. 

  The Grandview School District will continue its review of residency for all students; therefore, to enrollfor the 2012-2013 school year, all students, including those returning to the district, will need to bring a warranty deed or lease agreement and at least *two current utility bills  (June, July or August) when enrolling this summer.  Students who needed immunizations during the summer are reminded thatproof of immunization will be required prior to being allowed to enroll in accordance with Missouri State Law.

  Dates for enrollment at Martin City School are:
  

  Open Enrollment	Monday	July 30	8:00 am to 3:00 pm
  Open Enrollment	Tuesday	July 31	12:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  Open Enrollment	Wednesday	August 1	8:00 am to 3:00 pm
  Open Enrollment	Thursday	August 2	12:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  Open Enrollment	Friday	August 3	8:00 am to 3:00 pm

  Sixth grade students will have an orientation on Wednesday, August 15th from 8:15 to 12:15.  Both breakfast and lunch will be served on that day.

  The first full day of school for grades K-8 is Thursday, August 16th. 

  New students to the district will need the following to enroll:

  (Bold items are needed from all students)
  *Birth certificate
  *Current immunization record
  *Academic information from previous school
  *Deed or Lease agreement
  *Two current utility bills (water, gas or lights) showing permanent address in Grandview C-4 School District.
