  Dear Meadowmere Families,
  It’s hard to believe that May has arrived and another school year has almost concluded!  I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as Meadowmere’s Interim-Principal and am proud to announce that I have been given the opportunity to become the official Principal for the 2012-2013 school year.  I would like to thank all of the parents, students and teachers for a wonderful year.  I look forward to many more years to come as the Principal at Meadowmere Elementary. 
  
  With summer coming, it’s a good time to reflect upon the many accomplishments of students, staff and parents.  I hope as you go through this process, you are able to share in our joy as you think about the many achievements that have occurred during this school year!
  
  In our parent community, we thank our Meadowmere PTA for their ongoing leadership, organizational efforts and hard work to ensure that our students continue to enjoy the many educational benefits of field trips, academic and citizenship assemblies, and new and updated technology equipment.  Also, thanks to those of you who assisted your child during this past year with our PTA Fundraising projects and events.  Your efforts enable our PTA to acquire funds to support our students and school community.  Finally, we extend a hearty thank you to YOU, for your help in preparing your child for school each day, helping with room parties, supervising field trips, making photocopies and the MANY other necessary tasks that occur in our school each day!  We look forward to spending another year FABULOUS year with you in August!
