GC-4 superintendent Dr. ralph teran - bio

Dr.  Ralph Teran has thirty-three years of Education experience, including 29 years in Wichita Public Schools as teacher, principal, and assistant superintendent. 

He has served as Grandview C4 Superintendent since 2006. He is the 2009 Greater Kansas City Area New Superintendent Award Recipient from the Missouri Association of School Administrators.  Dr. Teran received his Ed.D Degree in Educational Leadership from Wichita State University in 1997. 

Dr. Teran is a member of the South Kansas City Rotary Club.  He is married and has three grown children.
